Executive Advisory for founders and CEOs who've outgrown founder-led-everything but aren't ready for a full C-suite.
Enterprise-grade operating discipline — built by hand, AI included, to fit exactly where your business is now.
What is AGAL?
AGAL is a custom-built advisory practice for founders and CEOs at the exact point where the business has outgrown being run entirely by instinct, but isn't yet ready to build out a full executive team.
The engagement isn't fixed in shape. I step into the business itself, not just observe it from the outside.
Here's what that actually looks like:
How I Work
I listen for the context, the patterns, and what's underneath — so we solve what's actually going on, not just what's been asked.
I'll challenge assumptions, ask the uncomfortable question, and say when something isn't working. The goal isn't more process — it's better decisions.
Good leadership shouldn't depend on someone's memory, a spreadsheet, or a dozen disconnected meetings. Priorities, decisions, actions, accountability — all in view, so execution doesn't depend on memory.
AI turns information into insight, conversations into actions, and patterns into early signals. I use it where it creates leverage, not as a gimmick — the technology handles the noise, human judgment handles what matters. ChiefOS is an example of how I think about that.
The operating layer behind the work.
Built from firsthand experience inside the executive office, ChiefOS brings meetings, actions, decisions, priorities, and initiatives together into one connected view of execution.
Explore ChiefOS →Things don't just get discussed. They move.
I turn conversations into decisions, decisions into owners, and owners into follow-through. I stay close enough to execution to make sure priorities don't get lost between meetings.
I operate with discretion.
Leadership work often involves sensitive information, difficult conversations, and incomplete answers. I understand the trust that comes with being in the room — and I don't spend it carelessly.
I adapt to how you lead.
There isn't a 47-page Chief of Staff playbook. I build the operating model around the leader, the company, and the moment.
Every engagement is different.
Some need an operating system.
Some need someone to take the reins on a critical initiative.
Some need AI and automation woven into the way their organization works.
Some need all four.
Origin Story
AGAL takes its name from the agal vilakku — the clay oil lamp lit in homes across Tamil Nadu, where I grew up. It's one of the oldest lamp traditions in India, referenced in Tamil literature as far back as the Sangam Age and later carved into temple stone inscriptions during the Chola period — one of Tamil Nadu's most accomplished eras of governance. Made of nothing more than earth, it's still considered the truest form of light there is. Its flame stands for knowledge overcoming confusion.
See further. Lead clearer. isn't a line I wrote and found meaning for afterward. It's what the lamp has stood for longer than most institutions have existed — applied to how executives lead.

The mark carries the same idea in one form: an A, for work built to the highest standard; a girl, because this is a woman's business, on her own terms; and a lamp. A-GAL. Exactly as it should be.
The Woman Behind AGAL
16+ years working across strategy, operations, and executive leadership inside large, complex organizations — as Chief of Staff to C-suite leaders, and the person responsible for turning enterprise strategy into something that actually runs.
I've learned the hardest problems in a business are rarely solved by strategy alone. They need clarity, the right operating rhythm, and someone willing to get close enough to the details to fix them.
That's how I work: step back to see what's actually in the way, then get close enough to fix it. Direct, curious, and disciplined — All India Best Cadet, 2006, long before any of this — and happiest building something or moving a hard problem forward, not writing a deck about it.
I'm especially interested in how AI is changing how leaders run their organizations — not as a technology exercise, but as part of how decisions actually get made. ChiefOS came out of that instinct: I wanted to see if it would work, not just talk about it.
AGAL is the same instinct, applied to how I work with leaders — understand the real problem, figure out what needs to happen, and help get it done.
